I use specially designed ergonomic chair that supports your body and is very comfortable to sit in. Sessions can be anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the clients needs.
10-15minutes are very popular in events, in the work place so that the greatest number of employees may have the opportunity for a well developed massage for neck and shoulders.
Seated massage are $1 per minute.
