She studied in the Sports Massage Therapy Institute In Costa Mesa, holds a degree in Psychology and Education and has more than 1000 hours of extensive training in Anatomy and Physiology.
Adara Owen practices Swedish, Neuromuscular deep tissue, Sports massage, Relaxation, Trigger point, Acupressure, Myofacial therapy and Seated massage.
In addition to her private practice Adara also works on college athletes in a chiropractor office in Irvine.
